What's included? Bespoke nutrition and supplement plans, plus possible functional testing suggestions, are agreed upon following a 90 minute initial in-person or virtual meeting. We'll check in mid-point with a 30 minute Zoom or phone call and round-up with an hour-long follow-up consultation. You'll receive all of the tools you need to empower you to make lasting changes.
